MICE Ghana is a well-established multi-sectorial trade event that has in the last eighteen years provided a unique platform for marketing products and services. It has enabled participants from overseas to introduce new and improved technologies on Ghana and West Africa markets.

MICE Ghana success is demonstrated by the increased participated of exhibitors from both the foreign and in the host country. MICE Ghana 2019 attracted more than 75 exhibitors from 7 countries and the number of visitors was more than one million.

Location: Accra International Conference Center (AIC) (15 minutes from Kotoka International Airport)

Expected attendance: 500 hundred businessmen and five thousand public visitors

General Rules for Participation (MICE Ghana)

  1. The application form should be extended together with a down payment or total rental according to schedule mentioned in application from.
  2. In case of inflicting damages, it will be deducted from the insurance.
  3. Taking into consideration that the amount of insurance will not refunded or converted only after the request.
  4. Storage is not allowed behind the pavilions and there will be places for this.
  5. If for any reason the organizers decide not to hold the exhibition, the exhibitor will be refunded only the paid amounts and he will have no right to claim for any complementation.
  6. The exhibitor has no right to waive to others part or all area rented to him free or against money.
  7. The exhibitor will be responsible for his stand and his belongings on Exhibitors Ground, he should take the necessary precautions to secure the safety of his exhibits, and he will be responsible to extend fire extinguishers inside halls.
  8. If the exhibitor wishes to distribute publicity materials he should get a prior approval of the administration.
  9. The organizer has the right to photograph display pavilions and exhibits.
  10. It is not allowed to use inflammable items and it is not allowed also to use loudspeakers or DJ inside or outside halls,
  11. The exhibitor will remove decoration and exhibits within 3 days of event termination and handing over the site as received.
  12. The exhibition ground is Accra city has a limited customs area where all customs regulations and incoming exhibits will be done there in order to facilitate measures. For more information please contact Street of Gold Foundation.
  13. Direct sell to public is during the fair period for imported goods coming for display and re-export.
  14. The sell will be in a particular place under the supervision of MICE Ghana.
  15. Import rules must be filled either for trade, production or personal use. 1% of the quota sell value must be paid.

Rules & Stipulations of decoration in halls & open area (MICE Ghana 2025)

  1. Maximum height in covered display is (5m), maximum height in investment hall is (4m) and maximum height in open display is (7m).
  2. If you use inflammable materials in decoration, it is necessary to extend 2 fire extinguishers in pavilion.
  3. The exhibitor will not erect any decoration facing air conditioning units.
  4. The exhibitor should not erect his decoration to hinder the entrance of electricity rooms, one meter facing electricity panels should be left to enable personnel to reach electricity panels noting that a door should be installed facing every room.
  5. All intend electricity connections in pavilion should be done according.Ghanaian Code, all these connections should be connected to a special panel distribution board noting that a suitable cable connecting this panel to a distribution board of the hall will be installed.
  • All designs should be authenticated before starting decoration works.
  • Engineering drawings of advertising boards should be provided in order to take the approval.
  1. It is forbidden to hang exhibits on panels, pillars or floors in covered halls.

Step 3: Complete Your Exhibitor Form
Fill out the official Exhibitor Registration Form with company details, exhibit type, and any special requirements.

Step 4: Submit Required Documents
Attach your company profile, logo, and promotional materials for listing in the event guide and website.

Step 5: Make Payment
Secure your space by paying the appropriate exhibitor fee. Payment details and confirmation will be provided upon application approval.

Step 6: Confirm Booth Design & Setup
Collaborate with our team or your own contractors for booth design, branding, and logistics.

Step 7: Attend the Event
Participate fully in exhibitions, networking events, and B2B meetings.

Criteria to Exhibit

To qualify as an exhibitor, your organization must:

Operate within the MICE value chain (venues, travel, hospitality, logistics, tech, education, etc.)

Offer a product or service relevant to business tourism, events, or exhibitions

Be legally registered and able to provide company documentation upon request

Commit to setup timelines, health & safety standards, and engagement requirements

Managing Sharing Exhibitors

If two or more companies wish to share a booth:

Each company must register individually and provide separate profiles

A single lead exhibitor must take responsibility for communication and payment

Shared booths must be clearly branded to reflect all participating companies

Approval is required for all co-exhibitors before the event
