Qualification Requirements
To qualify as a Hosted Buyer, applicants must:
Be a senior-level decision maker responsible for organizing or influencing MICE events
Represent an organization that holds or plans to hold events in Africa
Demonstrate business potential with Ghanaian suppliers
Be able to commit to pre-scheduled appointments and the full program duration.
The Program Includes:
Round-trip flights (economy class) to Ghana
Accommodation at a partner hotel (up to 4 nights)
Transfers between airport, hotel, and event venues
Hosted networking sessions, gala dinners, and cultural tours
Access to all official MICE Ghana events
FAM trips to major MICE destinations (Accra, Cape Coast, Kumasi, Takoradi, etc.)
Mandatory Requirements for Hosted Buyers
Hosted Buyers must agree to:
Attend a minimum number of pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors
Participate in the official educational and networking programs
Attend the opening and closing ceremonies
Complete post-event surveys or reports
Allow use of their image/content for event promotional purposes
